What happens after I book?
You will receive an instant confirmotion with the date, time, and meeting link. That link is also in your account under Consultationations.
Can I reschedule?
Free or charge up to 24 hours before the start, as orten as you like. After that, you can still reschedule, but no refund will be issued.
Why are there sometimes no available slots?
We only show slots that are truly free after the practitioner's buffer time — no times that drop out during checkout.
How thes payment werk?
You check out just like with products, in the same cart. The money goes to the practitioner after the call has taken place.
